This dynamic class utilises all of our cardio equipment alongside running and bodyweight movements in both individual and partner formats. Through moderate-intensity, mid to long aerobic efforts, you'll systematically strengthen your cardiovascular system while your body learns to efficiently burn fat for fuel.
