Pilates (Reformer & Mat)
Our Pilates classes focus on strength, control, and connection. Each session blends precise movements, mindful breathing, and dynamic flow to help you build a stronger, more balanced body while feeling grounded and energised.

Class Overview
At Reborn, we offer three distinct Pilates class styles:
Athletic – A fast-paced session with bursts of cardio for a high-energy workout.
Strong – A strength-focused class using heavier resistance and structured work-to-rest intervals.
Flow – A traditional Pilates-inspired class designed to connect movement, control, and that signature burn.
Each class follows a structured blend of traditional and contemporary Pilates techniques to deliver a modern movement experience. All sessions run for 45 minutes and are programmed to work the entire body.
Key Benefits
Full body strengthening - the reformer springs and pulleys on the reformer create adjustable resistance, helping you build balanced strength.
Improved posture and alignment - Reformer exercises emphasise proper spinal alignment and controlled movement, which can reduce postural imbalances from sitting or repetitive activities.
Increased flexibility and mobility - The moving carriage allows for a greater range of motion than many mat exercises, improving flexibility while keeping joints supported.
Low impact and joint friendly - It’s gentle on the joints while still providing resistance, making it ideal for people recovering from injury (with guidance) or those wanting to avoid high-impact workouts.
A workout tailored to YOU
Instructors can easily adjust resistance, spring tension, and positioning, making it suitable for beginners, athletes, seniors, and prenatal clients.
