Reborn Academy
Reborn Academy is a youth performance development program for athletes aged 13–17. It is designed to develop the physical qualities that underpin performance in sport — strength, speed, agility, coordination, and resilience — so young athletes can train, compete, and grow with confidence.



Class Overview
Reborn Academy is designed to work alongside school and club sport, not compete with it. The program runs in school term blocks, with training themes that align to where athletes are in their competitive season.
Each session combines gym-based strength training and field-based speed and agility training, ensuring athletes develop the full range of physical qualities required for their sport.
- Gym Component: Build strength, power and movement quality through an age-appropriate, periodised program delivered by experienced coaches who actively coach.
- Field Component: Develop speed mechanics and change of direction technique. Improve acceleration, agility, and build game-ready fitness.
Sessions are written by a qualified Strength & Conditioning coach and designed to support athletes through growth phases, increasing training loads, and competitive seasons. Athletes train in small groups, allowing coaches to cue movement, maintain high standards, and create a focused training environment — not simply supervise.
