Strength
Our strength classes focus on progressive technique development and heavy lifting through structured 12-week programs, featuring slower-paced sessions with targeted upper/lower/full body splits designed to build serious strength and power.

Class Overview
We have a separate strength room, with 4-5 strength classes every day.
These sessions are a lot slower, focused on technique, with more rest time and building up to lifting heavier weights compared to our conditioning classes.
We run 12 week programs, split up up into 3 x 4 week mesocycles, focusing on hypertrophy, muscular endurance, strength and power. This is followed by a testing week, where we test all our main compound lifts we have been focusing on over the previous 12 weeks.
These sessions are split into upper body / lower body / full body sessions, with a different movement pattern targeted on each day.
